Good to Know

Arrival & Departure: Your welcome will be made from 5 .30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Late or early arrivals are subject to prior agreement. Departures are made no later than 10:30 a.m. in order to have the time necessary to offer future arrivals the most welcoming accommodation possible.

Breakfasts: They will be served between 7;30 am and 10:00 am, inside  the house.

Table d'Hôtes: If you wish to dine in Saint Alary, do not forget to inform us when you make your reservation, or to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The meal is generally served at 8 p.m inside the house. The meal includes Starter, Main Course and Dessert accompanied by wine and tea or coffee, all other drinks will be charged.

The common part: The house includes a common part where breakfasts are served. You will also find a reading room. DVDs are available on request. The outdoor terraces are places of rest, not of meals.

The rooms: We regret not being able to accommodate animals in the rooms. They are not intended to do laundry or take meals there. A television  is at your disposal, the sound must be moderate from 10 p.m. Visitors can also access Wifi for free, reminding that illegal downloading is prohibited. If it is traditional for visitors to store bedding, belongings and clothing, their hosts carry out a daily cleaning cycle, in particular to empty the trash cans and renew the linen if necessary. Large soils will be charged to the customer. Valuables must not be left in the rooms or in parked vehicles, the hosts disclaiming all liability in the event of disappearance.

The swimming pool: Opening authorized until 8:00 pm when their protection is removed. Correct bathing attire is required.

Eco-tourism: The owners of Saint Alary are sensitive to the protection of our planet. Simple, non-binding measures can do a lot. We therefore count on your collaboration to: avoid leaving the lights on unnecessarily, do not let the water run and moderate the flow during showers. The sanitation is ensured by a purification system, we ask you to kindly throw in the WC only toilet paper, the other waste having a bin provided for this purpose

In compliance with decree N ° 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in places for collective use and the entire establishment, the rooms are therefore non-smoking. As part of the protection of minors, the provision and sale of alcohol is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age. We ask our guests to present decent attire for all occasions, and to be dressed and fitted when traveling in public areas. The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financial responsibility, any possible deterioration for which he could be responsible. Children living on the property are the sole responsibility of their parents. The kitchen is not left to the free disposal of the guests.
